Sustanon Injection – Performance Enhancement

Sustanon comes in a variety of concentrations, so in order for you to get the right dose, you need to understand several things about the product you want to use. Before you try your first Sustanon injection, make sure you understand how to measure your dose, what the right dose actually is, and even how often to administer it to get the best results.

Concentrations

Sustanon for sale comes in many different concentrations, but the most popular include Sustanon 250, 350, and 400. These numbers refer to the actual concentration of Sustanon in milligrams (mg) found in one millilitre (ml) of injectable serum. Because of this, when you measure your Sustanon injection dose, you have to consider all of the following:

  • Which concentration do you have on hand? (How many milligrams of Sustanon per milliliter of serum?)
  • How many milligrams do you want to use per week?
  • How will you divide your daily dose? (Daily, every other day, or every third day?)

Once you know the concentration you have, the rest is all simple mathematics.

Choosing the Right Dose

The Sustanon injection dose you will need depends on many factors. These include everything from your experience with testosterone to your goals and your personal tolerance level. On average, though, the doses below represent good places to start (and end) based on your goals.

Goals Minimum Dose (Weekly) Maximum Dose (Weekly)
Mass and Strength
500mg
750mg
On-Cycle Testosterone Replacement
250mg
500mg
Advanced Mass
750mg
1000mg

If you are a beginner, start with the minimum weekly dose (no more than 500mg weekly) and work your way up to the larger doses. Not all men will tolerate more than 500mg a week in the same way, so it is up to you to determine what you can handle.

Essentially, you should find the dose at which the side effects are tolerable, but you can still reap the benefits.

Learning How to Inject Sustanon 250

For many men, learning to inject themselves is quite difficult. However, when it comes to learning how to inject Sustanon 250, the fact that it’s an intramuscular injection makes it simple.

Once you’ve prepared your dose inside the syringe, use an alcohol wipe or swab (or simply put some alcohol on a cotton ball) and clean the area you will inject thoroughly. This may be one of two locations ideally: the upper outer part of your buttocks, or the lateral side of the thigh.

These are two very large muscles, so injections are simple. After cleansing and adding the correct dose to the syringe, push the plunger of the syringe until all the air is gone and a drop or two of the Sustanon 250 injection comes out of the end of the needle.

Then, relax the area where you will inject the medicine, and insert the needle into the muscle at a 90-degree angle. Inject slowly, until the syringe is empty, then slowly remove the needle.

You may need to apply a piece of gauze or cotton to prevent bleeding, though this should be minimal and stop momentarily. The direct side effects of Sustanon 250 injection may include redness, itching, and a bit of irritation, but this should go away fairly quickly.

Do You Have Enough to Complete the Cycle?

The average Sustanon injection dosage for performance enhancement is anything between 500mg and 1000mg (1 gram) per week. To make sure you have enough to get you through your cycle, simply multiply the concentration by the number of milliliters in the vial.

For example, if you have the ever-popular Sustanon 250 and you want to use 500mg per week for a total of 16 weeks, you would first multiply the concentration (250mg/ml) by the number of milliliters in the vial (10ml).

This means that a 10ml bottle contains 2,500mg of Sustanon. Divide this by 500mg and you get exactly five weeks of use, so you need a little more than three vials to complete your cycle.

If you will be using other cycle components along with your Sustanon 250 injection, make sure you have everything you need – including your PCT components – before you use your first dose.

Don’t assume you will find your PCT compounds later, because you may not be able to do so. Never start a cycle if you do not have everything you need to complete it and your PCT up front.

Determining the Injection Amount

Using the above example, assume that you want to divide your 500mg per week into three doses that you will administer on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week.

First, divide 500 by 3 to get a rounded answer of 167mg per dose. You know that one milliliter of serum contains 250mg of Sustanon, but you only want 167mg. All you have to do is divide the 167mg by the 250mg to get a total of 0.7ml in this case.

Choosing an Administration Schedule

Of course, you could use the formula above to measure a daily dose, too. The choice is always yours. Because a Sustanon injection contains both short and long esters, some have short half-lives and other have longer half-lives.

An every-other-day dose is most common, but some bodybuilders prefer smaller daily doses for the quick pre-workout energy boosts they offer. What’s more, some users cannot tolerate too much Sustanon in a single dose, so they break it down into the highest doses they can tolerate without exceeding their weekly dosages.

Following Up with PCT

Because Sustanon injection cycles will suppress your body’s ability to produce its own testosterone, you will need to follow up your cycle with post-cycle therapy. This not only helps you maintain any gains you may have achieved on-cycle, but it will also prevent estrogenic side effects and help boost your body’s natural testosterone production.

You will need a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator, or SERM, for a period of four to six weeks to help jumpstart your body’s testosterone production. Start with a Clomid dose of 150mg or a Nolvadex dose of 40mg, take this for two weeks, then divide that dose in half and continue for another two weeks.

If necessary, you can divide the dose in half yet again and go another two weeks. Administering a Testosterone injections requires careful measurement and some math. Because these measurements must be very accurate in order to maintain safety, many people prefer tablets over injections as they are simpler to measure and easier to administer.
