Stand tall with your feet shoulder-distance apart. Hold dumbbells in both hands up by your shoulders. Make sure your palms are facing forward. Press your hips back to hinge your body forward, maintaining a straight back. The dumbbells should be by your shins. Next, row the weights up to your hips before lowering them back down with control. Perform four sets of 10 to 15 reps.
